Frequently Asked Questions

Our programs run during the day depending on the venue and after school hours, generally between 3:30pm and 9:00pm. Programs also available at lunchtimes at school venues.

Contact us via email to enrol. Alternatively, you can call us on 0417 140 763. You can enrol at any time during the term and you will be invoiced on a pro rata basis.

No, you will be automatically enrolled for the next term unless we have been advised otherwise.

Your coach will try to make a decision as to whether the class can go ahead 30 minutes before the start of a class however this is not always possible. You will be notified of a cancellation as soon as possible before the lesson starts via text message. If you do not receive a message, your lesson is still on.

We hold 8 lessons per term. As school terms vary between 9-11 weeks, this allows extra weeks each term for washouts/public holidays. If there are not enough weeks in the term to deal with washouts, then the missed lesson for that term will roll over to the next school term (ie. there will be 9 lessons held in the following term – the first one being the makeup lesson for the previous term).
All pupils are entitled to a make-up lesson only under these circumstances:
When the lesson is a wash out or a heat out.
Due to coach cancellation.
In the case where an arranged make up lesson was cancelled due to a wash out/heat out or a coach cancellation.
Please note there are no make-up classes for these reasons:
1. Personal holidays/business trips
2. School camps/excursions
3. No shows or failure to attend
4. Extreme lateness
5. General sickness/illness/injury
6. School/work commitments
7. Late cancellations
8. Failure to show for a makeup class
In some instances we may be able to offer a make up lesson if there is a position in a class of a similar standard, however this is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability. Please contact you coach to discuss.

If one student is unable to attend, the lesson will still go ahead and no make up lesson will be available.

If you are unable to attend your private lesson, a makeup lesson can be arranged provided we are notified the day prior to the lesson. This will allow time to arrange another student to take your time slot or rearrange classes.

You are entitled to a credit on lessons missed only under these circumstances:
You have missed an extended or significant amount of time during the term (3 consecutive weeks or more due to severe illness/injury).
